The aims for which the Company has been incorporated are stated under art. 3 of the Articles of Association.
“The object of the company includes all real estate and financial transactions aimed at implementing a centre to interchange goods, i.e. a set of works, infrastructures and plants allowing the reception, storage, handling and marshalling of goods as well as national and international forwarding operations, integrated logistics, multimodal transport”.
“The company deals with all territorial planning works and the construction of the necessary infrastructures and plants for interchange activities; it leases, licences, transfers premises and/or buildings owned by it and governs – by envisaging regulations and standard clauses – their direct use by the contracting parties to prevent any form of speculation”.
Furthermore, the Articles of Association  envisage:
• The construction of buildings and plants to supply management, administrative, technical and servicing services;
• The implementation of complementary infrastructures to carry out production or commercial activities connected to the plants and functions of the centre;
• The implementation of its activities both in Italy and abroad.
To achieve its objectives, the Company may:
• Promote or purchase – both directly and indirectly – holdings in agencies, institutes, organisations and companies whose objects are similar, complementary, connected or analogous to its own object;
• Carry out real estate, credit and financial transactions, as well as issue guarantees and warranties.
